Spring Break Practice Schedule

First off, apologies for not keeping up with the website like I normally do. Things have gotten away from me with all the craziness of late February and early/mid-March. I am hopeful that with things settling down after Spring break now upon us, I will be able to keep up with this website properly.
Anyway, now that the aforementioned spring break has arrived, I'd like to take some time to write out in detail our spring break schedule.
If an athlete is going to miss any practice(s) over Spring break from Wednesday, March 30 through Saturday, April 2, we need a note from a parent beforehand. Any athletes with unexcused absences will not run in our first outdoor meet on Wednesday, April 6 at Timothy Christian.
Here is the Spring break schedule:
Friday, March 25: NO PRACTICE
- Distance crew: On your own -- 30 minutes easy run
- Good luck Kyle, Sam, and Kayla at Illinois Prep Top Times!
Saturday, March 26: NO PRACTICE
- Distance crew: On your own - make up your own workout (intervals, fartlek, etc.)
Sunday, March 27: NO PRACTICE
- Rest day for all athletes
Monday, March 28: NO PRACTICE
- Distance crew: On your own - 5 mile distance run (moderate pace)
Tuesday, March 29: NO PRACTICE
- Distance crew: On your own - Make up your own workout (intervals, fartlek, etc.)
Wednesday, March 30: PRACTICE RESUMES
- Distance crew: Practice at 8 am with Coach Dunne
- Throwers crew: Practice at 8 am with Coach Fischer
- Sprint crew: Practice at 3 pm with Coach Kaplan
Thursday, March 31, Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2:
- Practice is at 8 am for all athletes
