Sports Physicals at WHS on August 6th, 5:30-7 pm

Cross country parents and athletes:

One of the things that is required before an athlete can begin practicing at the official start of our season on Wednesday, August 12th is a physical. However, a full physical is not necessary. A sports physical is acceptable in place of a full physical in order to allow athletes to begin practice.

To that end, the Westmont High School Athletic Department is offering sports physicals on Thursday, August 6th, at Westmont High School, from 5:30 to 7 pm. The cost of these sports physicals is $25.

We strongly encourage our athletes who may need a physical to take advantage of this offer of sports physicals being offered at WHS on August 6th to ensure that you are allowed to practice on Wednesday, August 12th.

Any athlete that does not have a physical on file (full or sports) will NOT be allowed to practice at the start of the season on August 12th!

It may be only June 19th, but we will remind athletes of this as summer running continues. The sooner that you get a physical (full or sports) done, the less hassle we will have at the beginning of the season in August!
