Practice Schedule for the Week of August 18

Athletes and Parents:

We had a great first week of practice! Today, all athletes should get out for an easy 3-5 mile run on their own. Athletes, don't forget to record your Sunday run with our Training Log feature!

This week--our first full week of practice-- is going to be a little bit crazy due to the start of the school year on Wednesday, August 20. Because of this, we will switch our full team practices to 3 pm starting on Monday.

We wanted to take the time to post the entire weekly time schedule for our practices. Athletes can go to our Workouts page for complete details about workouts.

Here's our schedule for this week:

Monday, August 18:

8:00-10:00 am Varsity only
3:00-6:00 pm All athletes

Tuesday, August 19:

8:00-10:00 am Varsity only
3:00-6:00 pm All athletes

Wednesday, August 20 (FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL):

NO MORNING PRACTICE

Thursday, August 21:

6:30-7:00 am Varsity only
3:00-6:00 pm All athletes

Friday, August 22:

6:30-7:00 am Varsity only
3:00-6:00 pm All athletes

Saturday, August 23:

8:00-11:00 am All athletes
NO AFTERNOON PRACTICE

Sunday, August 24:

Run 3-5 miles on your own. Record your run in the Training Log!
