End-Of-Season Information

Updated 11/6/15: Fall Sports Awards have been rescheduled for Wednesday, November 18. Same time, same place.

With the end of cross country season upon us, we wanted to give you a heads up about a couple of important things as we wrap up another successful season:

• Fall Sports Awards: Fall Sports Awards night is scheduled for Monday, November 9th at WHS. Refreshments will be served in the Commons at 6:30 pm, and the ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm. This is an evening where we will celebrate all of our athletes and our team’s accomplishments.

Please dress up nicely for Fall Sports Awards. This is a long-standing tradition of our program. Guys should dress up in a nice shirt with a tie. Ladies can wear a nice dress or a dress shirt with nice slacks. There should be NO jeans or tennis shoes!! We dress for success!

• Team Pizza Party: We will hold our end-of-season team pizza party on Tuesday, November 10th right after school in Coach Marose’s room: Room 104. The party will run from 3:00 pm until about 4:30 pm.

Your ticket into the team pizza party is returning your uniform. Speaking of uniforms...

• Uniforms: All athletes are asked to turn in their uniforms as soon as possible to Coach Wolf in Coach Marose’s room: Room 104.

All parts of your uniform must be washed and dried before you turn them in. This is important!

When you are ready to turn in your uniform, please put it into a plastic bag that is clearly labeled with your first and last name. Additionally, please turn in all parts of the uniform that was issued to you during the season: jersey, shorts, sweat top, and sweatpants. This will help make the process of ensuring that all uniforms have been returned to us more efficient.
