Lady Tracksters: Important Information About Registration, Physical, and Information Sheet

Athletes, here's an important message from Coach Farthing:

Remember, you MUST have completed online registration and have an active physical in order to start practice.  If you have already completed the online registration for another sport, your parent or guardian simply needs to log into their account and choose Girls Track at the beginning on the form.

Also, many of you have either not paid the $95 sports fee or set up a payment plan through the business office.  Payment can be made through Skyward or by check.  You can give me the check at school and I will make sure if it deliver to the athletics secretary.  If money is tight, your parent or guardian should contact Laura Fonferko at the district business office.  Her number is 630-468-8001.
