Spring Sports Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning Open Gym

Athletes:

After we return from our Thanksgiving holiday break, Coach Farthing will begin open gym pre-season strength and conditioning for track and field and other spring sports on December 1st and continuing through January 16th.

From 6:30 to 7:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, the weight room will be open to all interested athletes under the supervision of Coach Fischer.

From 3:00 to 4:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Coach Farthing will run sessions that will include speed, agility and strength training.

During final exam week, open gym will be held in the mornings on Wednesday, December 17 and Friday, December 19. The after school session on Thursday, December 18 will not be held.

We will not meet from December 22 through January 2 due to winter break. We will resume on Monday, January 5th.

If you are not in a winter sport, Coach Farthing strongly encourages you to attend. This is optional and is up to you.

Distance runners are also welcome to join us and go out for runs on their own.
