School Starts Monday, 8/24; Full Team Practices Switch to 3:00 pm

Athletes and parents,

With the first day of school tomorrow, we will be switching our full team practices to be held immediately after school, beginning promptly 3:00 pm.

There is no morning practice scheduled for tomorrow. Everyone will practice at 3:00 pm. Generally athletes can expect to finish practice around 5:30 pm.

Varsity runners will be expected to attend a 6:30 am morning practice on Tuesday through Friday this week. We will also hold practice at 8:00 am on Saturday, August 29. There will be no afternoon practice on Saturday.

We're just over a week away from our first meet of the season! Are you getting excited yet???

Reminder: Picture Day has been rescheduled for tomorrow. We will take team pictures after school, then practice immediately after.
